Voucher Codes

Voucher codes look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and can be provided by SNS Network or your organization. There are two kinds:

  • Amount vouchers — a Ringgit (RM) credit applied to your total at checkout, against any plan.
  • Plan vouchers — give you a specific plan (e.g. Basic or Pro) for a number of months (1, 2 or 3). These are locked to that plan.

Using an Amount Voucher

  1. Pick a plan and billing cycle on the upgrade/checkout page.
  2. Enter the code in the Voucher Code field and click Apply.
  3. The RM discount comes off your total. Complete checkout as normal (if it covers the full amount, there's nothing left to pay).

Using a Plan Voucher (1/2/3 months)

A plan voucher gives you N months of a specific plan. When you redeem it, you choose how to take it:

  • Monthly — you get the plan free for those N months. No payment.
  • Yearly (12 months) — the voucher covers N months and you pay for the remaining (12 − N) months by card. For example, a 3-month voucher on a yearly plan means you pay for 9 months and get a full year.

To redeem one, open the Upgrade / Billing page, enter the code in "Have a voucher code?", and you'll see both options with the exact dates and price before you confirm.

  • If you're on the Free Trial (or have no active plan), the plan activates immediately for N months.
  • If you're already on that same plan, the voucher extends it by N months.
  • If you're on a different active paid plan, you can redeem the voucher once your current plan expires.
  • A plan voucher only works for the plan it was issued for — using a Basic voucher on Pro (or vice-versa) will be declined.

Rules

  • Each voucher code can only be used once.
  • Vouchers are validated before payment — if a code is invalid or expired, you'll see an error immediately.
  • Vouchers may have a minimum plan requirement (e.g., only valid for Pro plan).
  • Vouchers may have an expiry date.
  • Only one voucher can be applied per transaction.

Getting Voucher Codes

Voucher codes may be distributed by:

  • SNS Network sales representatives
  • Partner organizations
  • Promotional campaigns
