After signing up and selecting a plan, you'll land on the dashboard. To create your first chatbot:

1. Go to Chatbots in the sidebar and click Create Chatbot.
2. Give your chatbot a name and optional description.
3. Upload documents to its knowledge base — PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, presentations, images, and more.
4. Pick the AI model that powers it (depends on your plan).
5. Click Create — your chatbot is ready to use.

Using the Playground

The Playground is your sandbox. Select any chatbot and start asking questions. Responses stream in real time. You can switch effort levels and models per message to experiment with different configurations before going live.
