Quick Start

Aimy is a platform for building AI chatbots that answer from your own documents. Upload your files — product manuals, policies, FAQs, spreadsheets — and Aimy turns them into a chatbot that gives instant, accurate answers grounded in that content, instead of making things up.

What Aimy Does

  • Reads your documents — PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, and text are indexed into a private knowledge base.
  • Answers questions — visitors and staff ask in plain language; Aimy retrieves the relevant passages and writes an answer with the AI model you pick.
  • Goes where your users are — embed it on your website, or connect it to Telegram and WhatsApp.
  • Stays multi-tenant and private — each company's knowledge base, history, and team are isolated from everyone else's.

How It Works

  1. You upload documents to a chatbot's knowledge base.
  2. Aimy splits and indexes them so the relevant parts can be found later.
  3. When someone asks a question, Aimy finds the most relevant passages and sends them — with the question — to your chosen AI model.
  4. The model writes an answer based only on your content, and the conversation is saved to your history.
