Plans & Billing

Upgrade & Renew

You can move to a higher plan at any time. Plans don't auto-renew, so moving to a lower plan simply means letting your current one run out and then choosing the plan you want.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Overview in the company admin dashboard.
  2. Click Change Plan or pick a higher plan from the plan cards.
  3. Complete checkout for the new plan — it takes effect immediately.

See the Pricing page to compare what each plan includes.

Moving to a Lower Plan

There's no mid-cycle downgrade. Because plans don't auto-renew, you simply let your current plan reach its expiry date — you keep everything you paid for until then. When it expires, subscribe to the lower plan you want.

Before the lower plan starts, make sure you're within its limits — for example, remove extra chatbots or Pro-only integrations (Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, BYOK) if the new plan doesn't include them.

Plan Expiry

When a plan expires:

  • Your chatbots stop responding to queries until you subscribe again.
  • Your documents and data are preserved for 30 days.
  • You can subscribe again any time during the 30-day grace period to restore full access.
  • After 30 days, expired accounts may be deleted.
You'll receive reminder emails during the last 7 days before your plan expires, so you can renew or switch plans in time.
