Google Drive Import (Coming Soon)

Pro plan users can import files directly from Google Drive:

  1. Go to Knowledge Base in the sidebar and click the Google Drive button.
  2. Authenticate with your Google account when prompted.
  3. Select the files you want to import from your Drive.
  4. Aimy will process and index them just like uploaded files.
Google Drive import is available on the Pro plan. Imported files are processed the same way as uploads — they're indexed and ready for Q&A.

Supported File Types

Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and PDFs stored in your Drive are all supported. Files are converted and processed automatically.

Keeping Files in Sync

Imported files are snapshots — they are not automatically synced when the source file changes in Google Drive. To update, re-import the file and the old version will be replaced.
