Plans
Aimy Expert has two plans you can buy, Business and Professional. Business is the plan for one team that wants experts answering from its documents. Professional adds more room, the ways of reaching people outside the app, and the controls bigger teams ask for. The Pricing page is the place to compare them next to the current prices.
Prices
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit, and SST at 8 percent is added at checkout. You can pay by the month or for a full year at once, and the yearly rate works out cheaper per month.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Business | RM 60 | RM 49, paid as RM 588 for the year |
| Professional | RM 150 | RM 79, paid as RM 948 for the year |
Plans do not renew by themselves. Each one ends when the period you paid for ends, and you choose whether to buy another. See Upgrade and renew. Aimy Expert has no free trial. A plan is what opens the app.
Room to grow
| What | Business | Professional |
|---|---|---|
| Experts | 3 | 20 |
| Team members | 20 | 100 |
| Document storage | 150 MB | 500 MB |
| Monthly usage | The standard allowance | 2.5 times the Business allowance |
| AI models | The models set aside for Business | A larger set of models than Business has |
Each plan has its own set of AI models, so the choice you see in the model list depends on your plan. See AI models. Usage is shown as a percentage of your allowance, never as a raw count. See Usage. If you run out before the month ends, you can buy credit to carry on. See Upgrade and renew.
On both plans
- Experts that answer from your own documents, built from scratch or from a template.
- The Knowledge Base, with folders and suggestions from your members.
- The Aimy chat app for everyone on your team. See Chatting with an expert.
- Members, with the standard Owner, Admin and User account types.
- The Dashboard, Insights, History (with a shorter look back, see below), overall Usage and Governance.
What only Professional includes
These rows are visible on Business but greyed out, with a note saying which plan they belong to. The Upgrade to Pro row in the sidebar gathers them all on one page.
That page, headed What you get with Professional, sets Business beside Professional row by row, in sections you can fold away. Each row has a short description, and the limits show how much of each you use today, with a warning when you are close to the top. The Upgrade to Professional button opens the purchase page. Only someone who can manage billing sees the button. Everyone else is told who can change the plan. On Professional the page is headed Everything in Professional and lists what you already have.
| Area | What you get |
|---|---|
| Channels | The website widget, WhatsApp, Telegram, Microsoft Teams and Discord. Business has no integrations. See How integrations work. |
| Handoff | A person on your team can step in when an expert cannot help. See Handing a chat to a person. |
| Connect your systems | The REST API and SharePoint. See REST API and SharePoint. Google Drive is planned for this plan and is coming soon. |
| Your own AI key | Use your own account with an AI provider and pay that provider directly. See Provider: using your own AI key. |
| Who sees what | Teams and roles, restricted documents, and account types you design yourself. See Teams and roles, Restricting documents and Account types. |
| Answers in your voice | Shared instructions that apply to every expert, and assistant memory so experts remember helpful things people tell them. See Instructions. |
| Actions | Let an expert call your own systems, such as looking up an order, while it answers. See Actions. |
| Seeing what happens | Usage broken down by expert, member, channel and team, with a year of history, a trend and a CSV export. Audit logs. See Usage and Audit logs. |
| Support | A faster first response target. See Service levels and support. |
How far back you can look
Some records are kept for a limited time, and the plan sets how long.
| What | Business | Professional |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation history | 30 days | 365 days |
| Audit logs | Professional only | 365 days |
| Usage reports | The last 30 days | Up to 365 days |
Conversations older than the window are deleted. Usage figures are not deleted. A longer window only lets you look further back at figures that were already there.
Not on either plan
File share and Database connections are not part of Business or Professional. They are switched on account by account. See File share and Databases. For needs beyond Professional, such as an agreed service level, there is an Enterprise option that is quoted for your situation. Choose Talk to us about scope on the plans page, or contact our sales team.
If you leave Professional
Dropping to Business takes away the ability to change some things. It does not switch off the protection you already set up.
- Teams, roles and document rules. You can no longer create, edit or delete teams and roles, add people to teams, or restrict documents, and you cannot switch strict mode on or off. Every rule you already set keeps applying, so a restricted folder stays restricted. You can still remove people from teams, so you can always offboard someone.
- Account types. Custom account types you created keep working and keep the permissions they had. You can no longer create, rename, change or delete them. You can still move people between types.
- Shared instructions and assistant memory. They stop being applied to answers, but what you wrote is kept, and it comes back if you return to Professional.
- Records. Conversation history and audit logs keep recording. The window you can look back through shrinks to 30 days, and conversations older than that are removed. You can no longer read the audit log. Usage reports only reach back 30 days, but the figures themselves are not deleted.
- Everything else that is Professional only, such as the REST API, is refused until you return.
