You upload policies, manuals, price lists and FAQs, and each expert answers from them with its sources shown. When your documents don't cover a question, the expert says so instead of guessing. No. Aimy reads your documents when you upload them, and when someone asks a question it finds the passages that answer it and writes the reply from those. Change or replace a document and the expert answers from the new version.

Teams that answer the same questions over and over from their own documents: HR, customer support, sales, IT, training. Staff ask in the Aimy chat app, and on Professional your customers can ask on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram, Microsoft Teams or Discord.

No. You choose Business or Professional when you set up your organisation. If a colleague invited you, their organisation's plan already covers you. See the plans

PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, text files, web pages and images. Each file can be up to 50 MB, and your plan sets the total storage: 150 MB on Business and 500 MB on Professional. More on documents

No. A plan runs for the month or year you paid for and then ends. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again. We email you in the last 7 days to remind you, and renewing in that window adds the new period after the current one, so you lose no days.

You can upgrade at any time in the hub, and the unused days of your current plan are credited against the new price. There is no downgrade partway through a period you paid for. Let the plan run out, then choose the smaller one when you buy again. Upgrade and renew

By card, on the payment page you reach from the hub. Your card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Aimy.

You can buy extra credit from the hub. It adds to your plan for that month. Your Usage page shows how much of the allowance is left. More on usage

Yes. Each expert has a name, a persona with a tone, its own documents, a model, and optional instructions. On Professional you can also write shared instructions once and attach them to several experts. Creating and editing experts

No. Your documents are never used to train AI models, and no other Aimy customer can reach them. Data and security

Your documents are uploaded to and indexed on infrastructure Aimy controls. If an expert uses a model from an outside provider, or your own provider key, the question and the passages found are sent to that provider so it can write the answer. With an Aimy hosted model, the whole request stays with us. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

Delete a document from the Knowledge Base and it stops appearing in answers. Conversations are kept for 30 days on Business and 365 days on Professional. To delete the whole account, email support@aimy.com.my.
